Ananta Ahmed is USGBC Faculty (1st in Bangladesh), LEED AP BD + C, LEED AP EB O + M & LEED AP ID + C (Professional credential given by U S Green Building Council) and he was LEED Green Associate (1st in Bangladesh) since 2011 and he is the only professional in Bangladesh with 3 (Three) USGBC credentials.

Ananta Ahmed was the Event Director and organized 1st Bangladesh International Green Summit, 2016 a three day long event successfully held in Bangabandhu International Convention Center on 11 to 13 March, 2016.

Ananta Ahmed is the Convenor of Bangladesh Green and Sustainable Development Council (BGSDC). He is contributing in many policy level discussions to promote sustainability and make Bangladesh as a Green Destination for all. He is the lead consultant for alternative brick research study sponsored by OXFAM.
